Kailey's hair?

Has anyone ever had a problem with Kailey's hair? The buyer of the one I just sold on eBay says her hair is really thin. I bought this doll directly from AG (not the seconds sale or anything) and I've never removed her from the box, so I didn't notice anything wrong with her hair. If you did have a problem, is this something AG will fix?

ALL Kailey dolls have thin hair like this. If you lift the hair on the wig it will look like half of it has fallen out. The lines of hair have spaces in between with no hair. I'm not sure if I explained this very well. When I bought my Kailey from eBay a few months ago, I freaked out when I got her over the same issue. If you do a search about Kailey's hair on this board, you will see much other discussion regarding this and see that it is normal. This is not a defect. Dani

Yes, all three Kailey's I've seen in person are like this. It's completely normal. I think this is how it looks so straight and smooth. - Meg B.

My Kailey's hair is like this too. I would not say it is thin, but it is not as thick as the other dolls. She still has a good set of hair.

She is meant to be a sunstreaked haired blonde California surfer girl with kind of wind swept hair.

Thanks everyone! I hope my buyer is not too dissapointed to hear this. We thought maybe AG would replace her head for free and fix the problem, but if they're all like that...

I also didn't realize that the dogs could lose their bark! Fortunately, I have another new dog that I can ship out to her but if you have a doggie in the closet like I did you might want to check his bark. I wonder if these have batteries that can be replaced?

Laura and I just had this discussion the other day. Amanda put Kailey's hair in ponytails, and that made it really noticable. Each row of her hair is really thin; it's about 1/3 of the hair Kit has sewn in each row.
I am hoping my buyer is okay with it too. I know he won't fully open her until Christmas, so I am still waiting to hear-- and waiting for feedback. The doll he received is perfect, but I'm sure she has the thin wig too.

Kailey was my first doll,and when I got her the hair was the same.All Kailey's have thinner hair than the other dolls!
